Spinning I

Training on the exercise bikes, being hold in three modes:

  • Endurance – training of the aerobic endurance with maximum burn of the fats.
  • Strength – power and endurance training.
  • Interval – cardio-vascular system training in the interval mode. Recommended for any level of experience. Duration – 45 minutes.

Spinning II

Cycle race simulation. High intensity training.

Recommended for experienced people.

Duration – 55 minutes
