If your day is painted by the minute and there is absolutely no time to practice your favorite sport on a schedule, then our format of Mini Group training is for you.

There is nothing difficult in choosing an individual time for classes, invite your favorite coach and at the same time engage in a team, not alone. Small groups of 3-8 people will provide maximum attention for everyone, and hence the training will be as effective as possible. You will work out every movement, every muscle, feel a surge of energy and strength. A professional trainer will answer all your questions and help you complete all the exercises. Now you do not have to adjust your life under the fitness schedule, we'll adjust the fitness for you.

For classes in mini-groups, a preliminary recording is required.
